OWNERSHIP

  • Compiling all documentation as per the code requirements.
  • Contacting relevant parties for necessary information:
  • Valuation letter from Auditors, Affidavits from shareholders, Third party confirmation needed.
  • If ownership has not yet been implemented, ensuring that the entity is aware of the options available and base a decision on the option best suited for the company.
    Compile a strategic report on the element with the score achieved.
  • Compile a strategic report on the shortcomings of the element should there be any.
  • Ensuring that all documentation is well within the requirements of the codes and any amendments that are needed to be made with changes that occur in the Codes are made and kept updated.

MANAGEMENT CONTROL

  • Compiling all documentation as per the code requirements.
  • Ensuring that pre-requisites are met (Employment Equity Report submission) and compiling the information for such pre-requisite.
  • Ensuring that employees are on the correct levels.
  • Implementing a strategy to improve the status of the company.
  • Compile a strategic report on the element and the score achieved.
  • Compile a strategic report on the shortcomings of the element should there be any.
  • Ensuring that all documentation is well within the requirements of the codes and any amendments that are needed to be made with changes that occur in the Codes are made and kept updated.

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

  • Compiling all documentation as per the code requirements.
  • Consultation on the Skills Development element with regards to the 40% subminimum targets.
  • Working out the rand spend as well as the demographic groups and ensuring the correct amount of people are trained in the right categories.
  • Ensuring that pre-requisites are met (Workplace Skills Plan submission) and compiling the information for such pre-requisite.
  • Compile a strategic report on the element with the score achieved.
  • Compile a strategic report on the shortcomings of the element should there be any.
  • Ensuring that all documentation is well within the requirements of the codes and any amendments that are needed to be made with changes that occur in the Codes are made and kept updated.
  • Liasion with the relevant Seta, application for Mandatory and Discretionary grant.
  • Application for Learnerships.
  • Referral to a accredited institution for training.
  • Internal training records updated and claimable.

ENTERPRISE AND SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT

  • Compiling all documentation as per the code requirements.
  • Collecting B-BBEE Certificates of suppliers and updating spreadsheet, ensuring the entity stays within the 40% subminimum target.
  • Sourcing suppliers if needed.
  • Compilation of all import documentation if any.
  • Compile a strategic report on the element with the score achieved.
  • Compile a strategic report on the shortcomings of the element should there be any.
  • Enterprise and Supplier development spend as a percentage of Net Profit after Tax.
  • Ensuring that all documentation is well within the requirements of the codes and any amendments that are needed to be made with changes that occur in the Codes are made and kept updated.

HR & IR Services:

  • Basic HR administration;
  • Performing HR Audit
  • Drafting / Auditing and Managing of Employee statutory compliant contracts and offer letters;
  • Labour relations management.
  • Drawing up and reviewing company policies and Procedures
  • Advise to ensure compliance to statutory regulations relating to remuneration and other employee benefits;
  • Ensure that Induction Process is followed with all new employees and that they have access to all approved company policies and procedures on first day;
  • Assisting in Recruitment Procedure when requested by Client to do so;
  • Consultation and Set-up of Disciplinary Code and Procedure;
  • Assist with Handling Discipline in the Workplace;
  • Assist with handling Grievances in the Workplace;
  • Conducting Exit Interviews;

  • Processing statutory compliant weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payroll system.
  • Leave processing (e.g. annual leave, sick leave, study leave, maternity leave and family responsibility leave)
  • Finalise pay runs in consultation with company authorised person.
  • Provide payslip and payroll reports after each payroll run
  • Provide nett pay listing to action salary payments to employee bank accounts .
  • We provide you with all corresponding reports for 3rd party payments, e.g. EMP201 to SARS, all garnishees, medical aid, pension, provident fund, WCA etc. so that you can action payment thereof.
  • We can email the data to interface with your accounting software.
  • Process IRP5 file for upload on E@syfile for mid-year and tax year end.
  • Tax year-end procedures i.e. year- end reports including OID, EMP501 tax reconciliation submitted via E@syfile, and supply of disk with all IRP5’s and IT3a certificates generated
  • Telephonic advice and support on Payroll tax issues in line with companies remuneration policy
